If an employee is paid less than his agreed salary, can he demand severance pay?

 Severence PayAccording to labor law 4857 clause 24/II, if an employee is paid less that his salary, he is eligible to terminate his employment based on righteous cause. If he terminates employment on righteous cause, he will be eligible for severance pay. Since there is no notice period, he will not be eligible for termination pay.
