In accordance with Labor Law no 4857, employment contracts are based on part-time employment and work on call. In this case, weekly working time is substantially less than 45 hours. Insurance premiums of part-time employees and employees working on call are calculated according to their working hours.
Within this scope, premium days are calculated by dividing total monthly working hours by regular daily working hours (7.5). Surplus working hours are accepted as full -day and insurance notifications are made according to this amount.
