As per the “Act of Fees General Communique (Serial No. 82)” issued in Official Gazette numbered 30642 (3rd repetitive), dated 31 December 2018, work permit fees to be implemented in 2019 are as follows:

WHERE TO PAY
Work permit fee and valuable paper fee must be paid separately. However, foreigners should not make any payment before receiving approval from the Ministry.
Fees should be paid to T.C. Ziraat Bankası, T. Vakıflar Bankası or T. İş Bankası by using
– Account code 9130 for work permit fee,
– Account code 9207 for valuable paper fee (foreign identity number will be stated)
The application will be cancelled if the fees are not paid within 15 days from the notification.
As the Ministry can view these payments via their online system, there is no need to submit receipts.
For applications outside of Turkey, the fees will be paid when employment visa is received.
