Turkish Labor Law
The Ministry of Treasury and Finance has announced, through a circular on Financial and Social Rights, that the monthly coefficient to be applied in converting severance pay indicator figures to monthly amounts is set at 0.760871.
In accordance with the announcement, the exemption amounts to be considered for child allowance and family allowance payments (applicable only to government employees) for the first six months of 2024 have been determined as follows:
