Setting up a company in Turkey by following basic steps;
1- Power of Attorney for the forming of the company.
2- Approval of the companies name from Commercial Registration Office
3- Obtaining personal tax numbers for each of the shareholders
4- Obtaining circular letter from the notary public for the share holders
5- Preparing of the main agreement of the company
6- Approval of the main agreement from the notary public
7- Registration of the company and issuence
8- Tax Office registration for the company
9- Signature certificat approvals of the authorised directors to represent the company.
