“My work conditions have changed. If I quit, can I take compensation?”

An employer who wants to make changes to the working conditions, workplace practices or provisions of the employment contract is obligated to inform the changes to the employees in written form.

If the employee doesn’t accept the changes, he will not be required to follow them. In case, the employee wants to end the employment due to the changes, he is entitled to get severance and termination pay.
